Dr.Reddy’s Fourth Quarter Net Profit up 8 Percent

Mumbai, May 12 (IANS) Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Limited has posted a net profit of Rs.518.84 crore for the fourth quarter (January-March) of 2014-15 — a rise of 8 percent from the corresponding quarter of the prevous fiscal.

The net profit for the corresponding quarter last fiscal was Rs.481.60 crore, the company said in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The total income of the company has increased from Rs.3,503.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs.3,882.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The company’s stock was trading at Rs.3,470 per scrip — up 3.21 percent at the Bombay Stock Exchange at 3.23 p.m.
