Days after the CBSE announced cancellation of the 12th standard exams, the Odisha Government has announced the cancellation of CHSE exams as well.
A statement released by the Chief Minister’s Office earlier today announced the decision.
“Chief minister Sri Naveen Patnaik orders cancellation of 12th board exam conducted by CHSE this year keeping in view the pandemic situation. CM says students life is more important than exam,” the statement read.
The results will be announced based on an objective criteria within a stipulated time. Those students who are not satisfied with the marks, can appear for the examination which will be held after the situation improves.
