Addressing a meeting on the eve of ‘Civil Services Day’, Kejriwal said that his government is trying to come up with a transparent system to fix responsibility and boost competition among the officials.
“People have high expectations from us. We may get bouquets and brickbats both in the next five years. But, today I have confidence that within next five years, if we don’t able to deliver 100 per cent promises, we will at least achieve 40 to 50 per cent promises which would not be bad,” he said.
The Delhi CM also sought the cooperation of IAS officers to deliver good governance in Delhi. He urged the bureaucracy to keep the interests of ‘Aam Aadmi’ in mind while deciding policies and schemes.
