Odia music maestro Shantanu Mohapatra passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. He was 84.
The eminent music director was suffering from pneumonia and kidney ailments. He breathed his last at 12.30pm.
Shantanu Mohapatra had dedicated over fifty years in composing Odia music.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik took to twitter to condole the death of the legend.
