Days after her brother Showik for arrested in drug case, Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea Chakraborty was arrested after three days of questioning. She was arrested for drug-related link in boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

As per reports in the national media, Rhea admitted to have procured drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput.
After her arrest, her lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that her arrest is ‘travesty of justice’ and the three Central agencies were “hounding a woman who was in love with a drug addict and suffering from mental health issues for several years.”
The investigation was initiated after leaked WhatsApp chats of the actor, where she mentioned procuring drugs.
