The 2-day programme was custom designed for the executives to sharpen their day-to-day managerial and soft skills including Communication & Presentation skills, Leadership skills, Inter-personal & Negotiation skills along with Business etiquette.
The programme also covered team-building and management, advertising, marketing of media products and emerging trends in advertising. Mr. Subhashish Tripathy, Managing Director of the company who inaugurated the programme along with Prof. Rituraaj Juneja from IMI Bhubaneswar cited the pressing need for enterprises to train their personnel to enhance learning and productivity. Prof. Y. R. Reddy directed the programme and was supported by team of faculty including Prof. Rituraaj Juneja, Prof. Bindu Chhabra and Prof. Manit Mishra.
Consecutively, another 3-day Management Development Programme was organised by the Institute on “Applying Psychology to Influence and Persuade Others” for the executives of M/s. Power Grid Corporation of India from across the country.
The topics comprised Influence of Tactics, Psychology of Persuasion, Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication for Influence and Persuasion, Marketing perspective in persuading others, Shaping & Managing Perceptions, Attitude Formation etc. The Programme was directed by Prof. Bindu Chhabra and supported by the faculty team members Prof P.C. Mehra, Prof Rituraaj Juneja, and Prof Manit Mishra.
