Independence Day celebrated at KIIT & KISS

KIIT University and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) celebrated 70^th Independence Day in the Odisha capital on Monday.

Prof. P. P. Mathur, VC, KIIT University hoisted the National Flag in KIIT while, Smt. Saswati Bal, President, KIIT & KISS hoisted the National Flag in KISS.

Among others R. N. Dash, Secretary, KIIT & KISS, Prof. P. P. Mathur, VC, KIIT University; Surjyakant Mohanty, COO, KISS; Dr. Prashant Routary, CEO, KISS; Dr. P. K. Das, Director, KISS were also present.

After flag hoisting, a march-past was performed by the students of KISS. The students also performed colourful cultural programme.

Students of Czech Republic and Chess players of different countries also joined the Flag hoisting ceremony in KISS. Similarly Independence Day also celebrated in KiiT International School and Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS).
