The Bisra town in Rourkela had been sealed by the district administration after two residents of the area were tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
The district administration had imposed restriction and barred the public from entering into and going out of the town. The entry points at Dareikela, Puruna Bisra, Budheljar and Santoshpur in the town have been sealed with a barricade to contain any possible spread of COVID-19.
Hence to stop any possible spread of COVID-19, the containment of Bisra area in Rourkela will continue for another 48 hours till April 18 (11:30 am).
