BDL pays Rs 67.62 Crore Interim Dividend to Government

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India has paid an interim dividend of Rs. 67.62 crore to Government. The interim dividend paid by the company works out to 58.8% of the paid-up share capital of 115 crores.

Director (Technical), BDL Air Vice Marshal (Retd) NB Singh presented the interim dividend cheque of 67.62 crores for the financial year 2015-16 to Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, in New Delhi today.

Secretary (Defence Production) AK Gupta, Addl Secretary (Defence Production) Surina Rajan, Joint Secretary (P&C) of the Department of Defence Production Kusum Singh and Director (Finance), BDL S. Piramanayagam were also present on the occasion.
