Maharashtra Governor Vidyasagar Rao, has rejected a 2003 petition filed by former Supreme Court Judge Justice Markandey Katju, who had sought pardon for Bollywood Actor Sanjay Dutt in connection with arms possession case during 1993 Mumbai blasts. Dutt will have to complete his term and will be able to walk free only in February 2016.
