CycloneTitli, which currently lays centred 370 km off Gopalpur coast, turns into a very severe cyclonic storm: IMD ADG Mrutyunjay Mohapatra; Red alert issued for 7 districts including Gajapati, Ganjam, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Bhadrak & Balasore.
