Patna, Sep 19: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar received Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi at Patna airport today. Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to attend a rally in Bihar. It is noteworthy that Nitish Kumar did not receive Prime Minister Modi during his visit to Bodh Gaya on September 5.
