ONI Bureau: The much-awaited trailer of the upcoming political drama “The Accidental Prime Minister” is finally released on Thursday.
Starring Anupam Kher as former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the film is based on the book with the same name authored by the Indian policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, who was Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s media advisor from May 2004 to August 2008.
However, Akshaye Khanna plays the role of Sanjaya Baru in the movie.
The almost-three-minute trailer narrated the life of Manmohan Singh as the Prime Minister of India from 2004-2014.
The political drama is all set to hit the screens on January 11 next year.
