ONI Bureau: In a major relief to Aam Admi Party, the Election Commission of India on Thursday has given a clean chit to 27 ruling Aam Admi Party MLAs of Delhi in the office-of-profit case for the post of chairman of Rogi Kalyan Samiti.
Earlier, the MLA’s were suspended by the Election Commission as it was alleged that they have used power and monetary benefits of the offices.
However, the Election Commission has found no merit in the complain which was filed against the MLA’s.
