ONI Bureau: In a tragic incident, as many as 10 pilgrims were killed when their Bolero collided head-on with a truck near Silada in Odisha’s Nuapada district late last night.
The accident occurred when a group of tourists from Mahasamund in neighbouring State Chhattisgarh were returning home from Komna in Nuapada district after offering prayers at the Vaishnodebi temple.
The accident was so severe that all ten persons including 6 men and 4 women were died on the spot.
Meanwhile, their bodies were sent to Nuapada district headquarters hospital and family members have been informed.
