ONI Bureau: 8th edition of Odisha Environment Congress (OEC) was kicked off at Regional Museum of Natural History in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday with the theme “Environment and Sustainable River Basin Management”. Reportedly. that will conclude on 22nd December 2017.
Inaugurating the 8th edition of OEC, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik stressed on the significance of rivers in the development of human civilization.
Speaking on the occasion Patnaik given importance to equitable water sharing & judicious utilisation of rivers for avoiding conflicts & securing a sustainable future.
