ONI Bureau: Dubbed as ‘Twitter Tiger’, who does not have any public support on the ground, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda responded to the critics when he arrived to a Hero’s Welcome in his constituency, Kendrapara.
Jay Panda went to Kendrapara first time after he was suspended from the BJD. There was no opposition, no resistance. He was welcomed by thousands of people in his constituency.
Mr. Panda later paid obeisance at the Baladev Jew Temple and sought the blessing of the deities. He also served food to people at a feast. Many youth were seen taking selfie with Baijayant Panda.
“It was a conspiracy against me. I was shocked and sad that my leader (Naveen Patnaik) fell into the trap and took action against me. I now want some peace. Will decide on next course of action after talking to my people. I visited Baladev Jew and will go to Puri Jagananth Temple tomorrow to seek the blessing of the deities,” he added.
