In a bid to maintain social distancing, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) following the protocols of social distancing shifted all the markets to vacant spaces such as along the road, open spaces and playgrounds.
The shift was a step to ensure that no person remains devoid of essentials.
The popular Unit 1 Daily Market Haat is now shifted to Unit 1 High School Ground.
