ONI Bureau: In an unfortunate incident, a Class X girl student found dead in the computer room of the school at the Sikhapali Residential School under Kalimela block in Malkangiri district.
Reportedly, the girl identified as Bandana Sarkar found in a pool of blood with cut injuries in her hand in the computer room of the school late night. The hostel warden first spotted her in critical condition. A blade was also found at the spot.
Though the School authorities said the case as suicide, the family members alleged she has been murdered after rape attempt.
The exact reason behind the death is still unascertained and the Police have started investigation into the matter meantime.
