Today, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik held discussions on COVID situation & the upcoming RathYatra this year to PM Narendra Modi over a telephonic conversation. It should be remarked that the Puri Jagannath Temple management committee is holding a meeting today to debate on this matter.
