Damodar Rout claims BJD leaders, Mins, Bureaucrats help BJP to gain in Rural Polls

Saddened over the party’s poor performance in the first two phase of Panchayat Polls, Veteran BJD leader and Odisha Excise Minister, Dr Damodar Rout on Thursday claimed own party leaders for the down fall in rural Polls.

Rout said that though the result of Panchayat Polls would not impact on the general elections scheduled in 2019 but this is the fact that BJD party leaders, Ministers and bureaucrats are helping the BJP to gain.

On the other hand BJP alleged that BJD President and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is misusing power by engaging the four bureaucrats in remote-controlling the Panchayat Elections.
