ONI Bureau: Normal life came to a standstill in Mayurbhanj district on Saturday following the 12-hour dawn-to-dusk bandh called by Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) demanding fulfilment of long standing three-point charter of demands including establishment of High Court bench in Baripada.
The agitators blocked roads at several places on NH-18 and NH-49. While, vehicular movement was stayed off roads due to the bandh, all educational establishments, shops and other business establishments have remained closed, today in the districts.
