Flourish India Director Pradeep Das Arrested

The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch has arrested Flourish India Director Pradeep Kumar Das in connection with the chit fund scam in Odisha. Earlier, 12 of its office bearers were arrested by the CB.

On October 23, Aditya Kumar Bisoi, Managing Director of Flourish India, was arrested. Prior to this, the company’s former Chairman-cum- Managing Director Prasanna Das and Managing Director Ballav Prasad Nayak were arrested by the EOW in July.

Flourish India had over 130 branch offices across India. It has been accused of duping investors of Rs 100 crore.
