ONI Bureau: In a setback to the Congress in Odisha, former MLA from Bhawanipatna assembly constituency, Dusmanta Naik on Wednesday resigned from the party citing personal reasons.
Naik has sent his resignation letter to the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) President Niranjan Patnaik today.
Sources said that he will join the ruling BJD party with his supporters on July 13.
