Earlier, Lopamudra Mishra, the daughter-in-law of industrialist’s Trailokya Mishra lodged a complaint in Mahila Police on May 10 last year against her husband and in-laws for forced her for wife swapping during a trip to Port Blair on South Andaman Island. But after declined the proposal she had physically and mentally tortured by Sabyasachi.
However, the police was successful to arrest Sabyasachi after the interim protection period was over and the High Court rejected his bail plea.
