Kunduli Gangrape: HRPC ADG says no evidence of “Rape”

TNI Bureau: The infamous Kunduli gangrape case has taken a shocking turn, as HRPC (Human Rights Protection Cell) ADG Mahendra Pratap quoting the Doctors, said that there was no evidence of “rape” as claimed by the victim.

“I met all medical experts who treated the Class IX girl. They say there is no evidence of rape,” he added.

The ADG submitted his report to the OHRC based on the medical report provided by the Doctor. He also noted that neither BSF nor SOG operate in the area where the crime allegedly took place. He also expressed satisfaction over the progress in the probe.
