The deceased was identified as Rajendra Behera, a resident of Anlagunja village in Bangiriposi. He was travelling in Bhubaneswar-Bangiriposi Super-fast train.
According to an eyewitness, some miscreants attacked on Rajendra with sharp weapon and after his death, they pulled the emergency chain of the train and ran away from the spot.
In this connection, police have started investigation to identify the miscreants and reason behind the coldblooded murder.
