ONI Bureau: Throwing an open challenge to security arrangements in the district, Maoists killed a tribal resident by slitting throat, suspecting him as police informer in Malkangiri district on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Muinan Kabasi, resident of Mahupadar village under Mathili police limits in the district.
As per reports, a group of red rebels barged into his house, thrashed and taken him to a remote place and killed him.
