Birju Kulu, Pakistan returnee, who went missing from his village in Sundargarh district was traced in Talcher.
He had gone missing from his house on January 2, following which his sister had filed a missing complaint.
Kulu suffers from mental disorder and had returned to his native place last year. He was lodged in Lahore jail for two decades after accidentally crossing over to Pakistan.
