ONI Bureau: Commuters had a narrow escape on Tuesday evening as large boulders of over a quintal weighing fell from the Rasulgarh Over Bridge in the Smart City.
There was a scare among the crowd which gathered near the Over Bridge as Capital people already had recently witnessed the Bomikhal over bridge tragedy.
