Odisha’s Singer Biswajit Mohapatra from Bhawanipatna, who is a famous stage performer in Odisha selected for Indian Idol Season 7.
He got ticket to Mumbai for Indian Idol 2016-17. Biswajit is living in Bhubaneswar since the last few years.
During the Indian Idol audition Biswajit sung ‘Is dil ka kya karoon’ from Barfi and set the stage on fire.
After given ticket to Biswajit to the show, the judges Sonu Nigam, Anu Malik and Farah Khan liked to dance with Biswajit on popular Odia song ‘Puchhuki Gali’ from Odia film Suna Panjuri.
