ONI Bureau: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced a cash reward of Rs 1 crore each for four girls from the state in the Indian Women’s Hockey team which won silver medal in the 18thAsian Games in Indonesia.
The cash reward has been announced for Four Odisha players including Sunita Lakra, Namita Toppo, Lilima Minz and Deep Grace Ekka.
Earlier, Patnaik declared Rs 3 crore cash reward for sprinter Dutee Chand for winning silver in women’s 100-metre and 200-metre final at the Asian Games respectively.
