ONI Bureau: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday approved 23 projects worth Rs 1.40 crore for three panchayats in Malkangiri, Boudh and Mayurbhanj districts under Ama Gaon, Ama Bikas (Our Village, Our Development) programme.
Patnaik discussed with the sarapanchas of Korkunda in Malkangiri, Banibhusanpur in Boudh and Bisipur in Mayurbhanj through video conferencing.
Earlier on Mar 5, Odisha Government has launched ‘Ama Gaon, Ama bikas’ (Our Village, our development) programme to reach out to people in rural areas and involve themselves in developmental activities. Under this programme, people can directly send their grievances to Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) through Wi-Fi enabled latest technology video wall vans.
In a new initiative, the CM also launched the ‘Mo School Social Media’ campaign from the State Secretariat in Bhubaneswar and discussed on ‘Mo School’ campaign with Collectors of 2 districts.
