ONI Bureau: Normal life have disrupted in the twin city of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar on Monday as the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) is observing a six-hour ‘Chaka jam’ from 6 am to 12 noon protesting against fuel price rise.
Congress activists holding banners in hand, burning tires, seen asking commuters to stop using vehicle in the twin city. Reportedly buses are not being allowed to enter or go out of bus stands in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
