Odisha Govt effects minor reshuffle in IAS cadre

The Odisha government today effected a minor reshuffle in the senior IAS cadre. Ashok Kumar Meena, 1993 batch IAs, has been appointed as the Special Secretary of General Administration department.

He has also been given the additional charge as Special Secretary, Finance. Ashok Kumar, B Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur has joined IAS in 1993 and thereafter, have worked in different sectors in Government of Orissa and Government of India.

Similarly, IAS Vinod Kumar, 1989 batch has been appointed as new OSD of Higher Education department. IAS GVV Sharma, 1986 batch will continue as Principal Secretary of Higher Education department.
