ONI Bureau: Odisha government enhanced the amount admissible as festival advance from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000.
The advance will be recovered in maximum 10 consecutive monthly installments from salary of the employees.
The state govt employees in the pay level of 9 and below will be eligible for the advance. In case of any eventuality leading to non-recovery of such advance within the given period of 10 months, the concerned employee shall not be eligible to avail next festival advance till completion of the recovery of the earlier advance.
