Odisha to formulate Start-Up Policy by June 2016

Odisha government has decided to formulate a state specific start-up policy by June end to promote and facilitate entrepreneurs with good environment in the state, Industry Minister Debi Prasad Mishra said on Friday.

The government will also formulate many policies including plastic and petrochemical policy, healthcare investment policy, pharmaceutical policy, auto component and automobile policy and textile policy with a strong aim to create new business ventures and attracting investments in several sectors in Odisha by 2025.

The policy also targeting to attract Rs 2.5 lakh crore investments  and create 10 lakh jobs in Odisha.
