In a high level meeting held in minister’s chamber in Secretariat Sri Panda highlighted on tourism potential and cultural heritage of state. He said that Odisha’s Buddhist sites would attract more Chinese tourists and state tourism will organise a Road Show in China in order to show case the tourism potential of state. He also said that Odissi dance, Raghurajpur Craft village and Sand Art are some of the main attractions for Chinese tourists.
The Consul General and his associates were presented broachers, tourism booklets and Coffee-table books on Odisha tourism by the Minister. Sri Gagan Kumar Dhal, Principal Secretary, Department of Tourism, Sri N. B Jawale, Tourism Director were also present during the discussion.
