Upasana lodged a complaint against Pati accusing him of threatening her of dreadful and terrible consequences if she does not marry him. It is also noted that Rajesh had accused Upasana of blackmailing him a few days ago.
She remained silent about any mental or sexual harassment allegations though she elaborated about the sexual exploitation meted out to her by Pati in TV interviews and press conferences.
The Laxmisagar police have recorded the statement of the actress on Thursday.
Upasana also stated that, she has got only Rs 30,000 out of Rs 1.5 lakh as per the contract amount for acting in his film, which was never released.
However, the producer has denied all her charges who had earlier accused Upasana of not returning his Rs 35 lakh that she had allegedly taken from him. he also stated that the actress has threatened to implicate him in a casting couch case if he further demands the amount.
