Pradip & Chetana become 1st Odia couple to climb Mt Everest

Pradip Sahu (45) and his wife Chetana Sahu (43), from Banki in Odisha’s Cuttack district became the first Odia couple to successfully climb the highest summit Mt Everest on Thursday.

The couple became first in Odisha and second in the country to have conquered the world’s tallest peak. They succeeded in their third attempt.

Their first unsuccessful attempt was in 2014 and second attempt was in 2015.

Pradip is working in Kolkata and staying there with his wife.
