Talking to media persons, the Union Minister said the Central Government schemes are being looted by the State Government.
Yadav also criticized the BJD Government for not able to spend NREGA funds in a proper way.
Earlier, on Thursday the Minister was aggrieved as the Odisha Government did not give him proper security cover as per the protocol.
