ONI Bureau: In a major development, the Rayagada district administration said to bear all Medical expenses of the 19-year-old girl Mita Sabar of Perupanga village, who suffer with abnormal growth of her right hand.
After conducting primary tests, Rayagada district administration has referred Mita to the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. She has been admitted to the Surgery department of SCB for further treatment.
