ONI Bureau: The Sachetan Nagarika Manch Convenor Priyadarshan Pattnaik on Friday lodged FIR at Arakhakuda Police Station against Odisha Chief Minister and some other leaders who had flown over Chilika earlier.
As per report, FIR has been lodged against Naveen Patnaik & four other BJD leaders Pinaki Mishra, Pradeep Maharathy, Sanjay Das Burma & Maheswar Mohanty for allegedly flying chopper over Chilika Lake.
This was come to notice when a helicopter flown by former parliamentarian Baijayant Jay Panda was seized for violation of flying over a high security zone.
Earlier, BJP legislature KV Singhdeo and Opposition Chief Whip Tara Prasad Bahinipati also demanded action against the Chief Minister for flying over Chilika lake in a similar way.
