ONI Bureau: After meeting each other first time after the complex separated surgery and coming face to face for the first time in life, separated conjoined twins Jaga and Kalia celebrated the New Year 2018 with their parents and Dr. Ashok Mahapatra.
The AIIMS, New Delhi has released the picture of the twins celebrating New Year. Both of them are fit and fine and recovering fast.
Prof Dr. Ashok Mahapatra, HOD of Neurosurgery of AIIMS, NewDelhi, who retired from service has decided to voluntarily supervise treatment Jaga and Kalia for next three months. He was the man, who led the team of doctors in that complex and rare surgery that gave a new lease of life to Jaga-Kalia.
