Shankarananda Giri spotted with a Foreign Lady at Chandikhol Hotel

According to TV reports in Odisha, Chief of Kriya Yoga Ashram at VSS Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Swami Shankarananda Giri was seen with a foreigner at Hotel Mid East in Chandikhol area. They left the hotel after local residents raised the alarm. Later, the visuals were aired by the channels.

The TV channels claimed that Shankarananda escaped later, thanks to presence of mind of his associates. Shankarananda has been under the scanner for alleged land grab to set up Prabhujee English Medium School and fraud and cheating committed with foreign nationals.

As two rooms were booked in the hotel, the purpose of their stay is not yet known. Sources said they were not involved in any illegal or immoral activities and staying in separate rooms. They could have gone to Chandikhol to attend any spiritual programme.
