State Cabinet Meet today; Start-up Policy likely to get Cabinet nod

The State Cabinet meeting is going to held today at the State Secretariat. Four proposals including new Start-up Policy- 2016 are likely to get Cabinet nod, officials said.

Start-up Policy would seek to promote and facilitate entrepreneurs with good environment in the state.

The policy also targeting to attract Rs 2.5 lakh crore investments to place Odisha among the top investment destinations in the country by 2020.

Notably, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik would unveil the Startup Policy from August 25 during the two-day Investors’ conclave in Bengaluru.
