ONI Bureau: A book, ‘The Tall Man Biju Patnaik’, compiled by renowned researcher Sundar Ganeshan, would be released at the Utkal Mandap in Bhubaneswar at 4:30 PM on January 27.
Former President of India Pranab Mukherjee, former PM HD Devegowda, former Deputy PM LK Advani and CPM leader Sitaram Yechury will grace the occasion as the Special Guests.
Noted Journalist, Columnist and Political Analyst Prabhu Chawla will review the book, which gives a detailed account into Biju Babu’s life and multi-talented personality.
Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik will preside over the event, confirms Biju Patnaik Centenary Committee’s Convener Bedprakash Agrawala. Other office bearers of the Committee Debi Prasad Mishra, Ashok Chandra Panda and Tathagata Satpathy were also present at the press meet today.
Other members – Sanjay Dasburma, Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, Arun Sahoo and Pranab Prakash Das were also present at the press meet. The Biju Patnaik Centenary Committee has urged all youth, students and eminent personalities who love Biju Patnaik or inspired by his ideology or even worked with him, to attend the event.
