Temperature dips to 10 degrees celsius in 15 towns in Odisha

ONI Bureau: Extreme cold conditions prevail in Odisha as temperatures recorded below 10 degree Celsius in 15 towns on Tuesday.

The mercury dropped to 3 degrees celsius at Daringibadi in Kandhamal district, making it the coldest place in the State.

As per the IMD report, Phulbani shivered at 3.5 degree Celsius, Sundergarh at 5.5 degree Celsius, Keonjhar 7.4 degree Celsius and Bhawanipatna 7.5 degree Celsius.

While Baripada recorded 8.6 degree Celsius, Sambalpur 8.9 degree Celsius, Dhenkanal and Balasore at 9.3 degree Celsius and Talcher 9.9 degree Celsius. Meantime, the temperature in Cuttack was 11 degree Celsius, while Bhubaneswar recorded 10.6 degree Celsius on Tuesday.
