The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) pipeline laid between Atharbanki and Nehru Bangala area of Paradip (Essarbeltline) was leaked and then stolen by three persons.
According to information, the accused Rabindra Kumar Verma, Prasanna Mandal of Ramnagar village under Mahakalpada police limits of Kendrapara district and Kunjabihari Dalei of Nuagaon under Abhayachandpur police limits in Jagatsinghpur district were arrested in charges of stealing the oil by a special team of Paradip Marine Police Station.
Another accused, Saroj Mallik from Madhuban area in Cuttack district is still at large.
