ONI Bureau: It could be a divine miracle that in this chill winter, two newborn girl babies who have dumped in drains, rescued within 24 hours in Odisha.
Reportedly, a newborn baby found dumped near a drain in Ranpur of Nayagarh district was rescued by an ASHA worker on Thursday morning.
In a similar incident, a two-day-old baby girl was saved after being dumped near a nullah in Kuio village of Angul district. The passersby rushed the newborn to the district hospital.
